Work integration, coordination and cooperation among internal partners in the General Directorate have the greatest impact on achieving the mission, strategy, objectives and implementing tasks and duties of the General Directorate of Civil Defense, in terms of cooperation included the following committees:
- Risks Management committee in Civil Defense.
- Strategic Planning committee in Civil Defense.
- Regulatory study committee for Civil Defense staff in institutes and universities.
- Technical Study committees for fire and rescue equipment.
- Technical Receiving committees for mechanisms and equipment.
- Development committee for ambulance mechanisms (4-red).
- Designing and following-up committee for manufacturing ambulance motorcycle.
- Development committee of upgrading warrant officers curriculum.
