Praise be to Allah for sending His messenger as mercy to the worlds , a Guidance to those who see, and a light to  those who take the path.

Work is not a matter of honour,  nor a cause for bragging, it is rather an assignment and a trust, so May Allah help us to perform the duty as entrusted.

The work of Jordanian women in the security and police fields has gone beyond being motivated by livelihood or a civilised appearance, but has become as an urgent necessity since the service  agency  cannot keep pace with the latest developments and considering the international human rights standards, nor communicate with the two categories of women and children to influence them and take care of their cases except through her, and not to complete and develop the institutional work without relying on woman as a law enforcement employee.

Pursuant to  the Royal vision of His Majesty related to  upcoming preparations and developments, women working in Public Security directorate received a continuous support to perform their various security duties, and to highlight their role in serving the home-country and the citizen as well.

Due to Implementation of Security Council Resolution No. 1325 (Women, peace and security) that represented by the participation of women in the different fields , the women’s role has been strengthened in the police and decision-making sectors .

By the grace of Allah, the support and trust of His Majesty and the leadership of public security directorate , women police officers have a high presence, as the women police is able to keep up with the latest developments of current time in the security field, their performance is distinguished, as the success story had begun with six female recruits, and now their numbers have exceeded to thousands.

Since our early beginning , team work was always there all the time . Our perseverance is strengthened by the confidence of our leadership and we are heading towards innovation and development. The success of the commander is joint with the success of the team, I am hopeful and looking forward to the aspirations, I address all my colleagues of public security women police,  to work together and to complete the role with all our integrity and honesty .
