Field duties unit

• On 6/27/2018, based on the restructuring of some of the Public Security units, a unit was created that deals with carrying out field duties such as (demonstrations, sit-ins, cash dispatches, ...), and it was followed to the Operations and Control Department under the name of the Field Duties Unit.
• On 6/27/2018, some units of Public Security were restructured, including the Operations Department, the Command and Control Center, the Directorate's Camp and the Field Duties Unit, where they were merged under the name of the Operations and Control Department.
• On 16/12/2019, the General Directorate of Civil Defense and the General Directorate of the Gendarmerie Forces were merged within the Public Security Directorate, as the name of the department was changed to the Directorate of Operations and Control Directorate.
• On 5/6/2020, the organizational structure of the Operations and Control Directorate was reviewed and developed to include (Crisis Management Cell, Drones Unit).
