• Participation in the preparation of the budget, particularly with regard to manpower, perssonel and bonuses expected to be paid in the next year.
  • Follow-up on the issuance of monthly (capital and current) remittances and follow-up on the provision of liquidity from the Ministry of Finance in light of the remittances that are issued.
  • Preparing financial reports and sending them to the Ministry of Finance and other concerned parties.
  • Opening financial records related to obligations, receipts and payments of contracts and agreements.
  • Pay the salaries and allowances of PSD personnel and deposit them in the bank accounts of each individual.
  • Opening books and records and making accounting entries for all the funds of the Public Security Directorate.
  • Participate in the development of projects, laws and financial regulations and discuss them with the competent authority.
  • Participation in some permanent and temporary committees in the Public Security, such as the Bidding Committee and all funds of the Public Security Directorate.
  • financial control over accounting work in various units and formations.
  • Holding the necessary courses for accountants and qualifying them theoretically and practically.
  • Keeping financial records and files for the period of time stipulated in the financial instructions in force in accordance with System No. (3) of 1994, which ranges from five to sixty years.
