- Commercial name registration certificate or contractors classification card for companies working in the field of contracting / Contractors Syndicate / Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- original copy of a valid certificate to Industry and Commerce / Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
- original copy of a valid professions license / the Greater Amman Municipality or the municipalities.
- original copy of an importer's card in case of requesting a classification in the field of importing and selling protective materials and equipment / Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Procedures

The concerned person fills out the form for the classification of institutions and companies that deal in protective and self-protection materials and equipment (for the purposes of accreditation or renewal of accreditation for the required item).
The form with the attached documents is checked and studied, and a date is set for conducting the field inspection.
The inspection is carried out on the company by the inspection officer (the operating office and its equipment) and a report is written on the inspection.
In the event that the company does not meet the conditions, the required recommendations are written in the inspection report and provide the service recipient with a copy of them (the conditions are mentioned in the classification forms and displayed on the civil defense website).
In the event that the company fulfills the conditions, the transaction is submitted to the Accreditation Committee in the Main Prevention Department with the recommendation of approval. After studying the transaction, the committee approves the approval of the company and sends a letter to the service recipient to pay the prescribed fees.
After paying the prescribed fees, the concerned person is addressed by an official letter approving the company or renewing its accreditation.
A company file is created (in the event of approval for the first time) and included in the list of public safety companies approved by the Civil Defense and published on the Civil Defense website.
