- Obtaining official and security approvals within the Civil Defense. .

- Document: An official letter/a list of the names of those interested in obtaining the service.
- Department: Public and private sectors.
- Document format: certified copy.

Procedures
|

The service is requested through an official letter or by filling out a visit request form within the training department in the field directorates.

The competent directorate addresses the Civil Defense Preventive Security Division to obtain the security approval and informs the Training Division of the visit request.

The Training Department of the Field Directorate communicates with the requesting party for the visit and informs them if it has been approved or not.

In case of approval, coordination will be made with the requesting party to determine the date of the visit.

The visit is carried out within the field directorate, and the divisions of the directorate and the mechanisms used in the work of civil defense are reviewed
