Procedures

  • The incident is reported by calling the emergency number 911 or calling 114 if the case is one of the sign language owners in order to communicate with him visually.

  • The report is received and preliminary information is taken from the informant about the incident , including the location of the accident, and then the report is generated and transferred to the competent directorate, which in turn moves the nearest civil defense site to the accident.

  • Upon reaching the accident site, the initial incident information is passed on by the site officer.

  • The first aid service is provided according to the type of injury and ambulance priorities, and then transferring the injured to the ambulance and completing the provision of necessary first aid while monitoring vital operations until reaching the nearest hospital with continued communication with the operating room.

  • Upon arrival at the hospital, the injured is handed over to the emergency department, a report on his condition is given, and the operating room is informed of the end of the accident and that he is on his way back.

  • An incident report is organized according to an ambulance accident form and the ambulance is re-equipped to receive a new service.
