  • In 1985, the department was re-formed and its name was limited to (Buildings Department) in which its organizational structure contained the Studies Department so that the technical cadres became the ones who carry out all the design work for their projects, with the aim of reducing the total cost of projects and at the same time training new engineers on the work of studies and project design.
