Upon arrival, the procedures are as follows:

 

  1. The Bridges Security Department is notified of the dates of the 1948 Arab pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims’ trips by the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites, and in the light of that, an official duty is arranged by the Bridges Security Department and an operations order is issued in this regard.
  2. When the 1948 Arab pilgrims and pilgrims buses arrive at the front bridge, their Israeli passports are kept inside bags with the trip number and the number of passengers on them.
  3. The officer in charge of the duty of the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin brings the bags of passports of 1948 Arab pilgrims and Umrah performers by one of on duty personnel from the front bridge and sends them to the King Hussein Bridge intelligence employee to check, record and stamp the statement, and then send them to the department office to keep them according to the rules until departure.
  4. Buses carrying Arab pilgrims and Umrah performers of 1948 go to the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin, and the Israeli buses that transport them are replaced with buses approved by the Ministry to transport them to the Holy Land, and after that they receive Jordanian passports (for one trip) by a representative of the Ministry of Awqaf.
  5. Upon completion of the check and registration procedures, the officer of the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin is informed of this in order to allow the departure of the bus carrying the pilgrims and Umrah performers of the 1948Arabs, and the trip guide is given a paper indicating the completion of the procedures, and this paper is checked by on the main door of the city.
  6. The necessary procedures shall be taken by the officer in charge in the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin to inspect the luggage in accordance with the rules by means of a mobile baggage inspection vehicle.

 

Upon departure, the procedures are as follows:

  1. Upon the arrival of the bus carrying 1948 Arab pilgrims and Umrah performers to Bab Al-Maqs, they will be given a turn paper by the officer on duty designated for this purpose, and then the bus will head to the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin.
  2. The Israeli passports are sent through one of the employees of the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin for security checks at the King Hussein Bridge Intelligence, and they are given a departure movement and an inspection stamp.
  3. After that, the tour guide delivers the Jordanian passports (for one trip) to the representative of the Ministry of Awqaf and receives the Israeli passports from our representative.
  4. After handing out the passports, the documents of the 1948 Arab pilgrims and Umrah performers are checked by one of the employees of the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin and give them a paper indicating that.
  5. The necessary procedures shall be taken by the officer in charge in the city of pilgrims / Ghor Nimrin to inspect the luggage in accordance with the rules by means of a mobile baggage inspection vehicle.
