- The receipt of an official letter from the service recipient indicating his desire to hold or host a traffic awareness activity, telephone call, or use any means of communication.
- Evaluation of the request for a traffic awareness activity contract.
- The service recipient is provided with the detailed program of the required traffic awareness activity.
- Implementation of traffic awareness activities.
- Address the Public Security Directorate to complete the traffic awareness activity and make recommendations, if necessary.
