Documents

  • An official letter from the service recipient stating his desire to hold the course, stating the purpose of the course and the number of service recipients to be included in this course.

Procedures

  • The receipt of an official letter from the service recipient indicating his desire to hold the course with a statement of the purpose of the course and the number of service recipients to be included in this course.
  •  Evaluation of the request for holding the course, and in the event that it is possible to hold it, the Public Security Directorate is addressed to express its opinion. In the event that it is not possible to contract it, the recipient of the service is addressed to apologize for the possibility of contracting it.
  • Receipt of a letter from the Public Security Directorate, according to the case, whether approval or apology. In the event of approval, the service recipient will be provided with the training program for the course. In the event of an apology, he will be informed of that.
  •  The service recipients join the course on time, receive them, record their details, and then open the course.
  •  Addressing the Public Security Directorate of the session and the names of the service recipients enrolled. 
  • Implementation of the training program for the session.
  •  Distribute the evaluation at the end of the course so that it can be filled out by the service recipient
  •  Taking the end of the course exam if the course was a pass and not a participation.
  • Conducting the graduation ceremony and distributing certificates to the successful applicants only or to all recipients of the service if the course is a participation and not a pass.
  •  Address the Public Security Directorate at the end of the course, and then send the reports of the service recipients and the results of the passing courses to those concerned.

  • According to the nature and duration of the course and what is agreed upon with the recipient of the service.

Time expected

  • According to the timings mentioned in the annual training plan of the Jordan Traffic Institute or according to the program that is being prepared and after coordination with the service recipients about the objective of the course.
