Procedures
|
- Receipt of an official letter from the recipient of the service by regular mail, e-mail or fax to obtain advice on a traffic issue.
- Transferring the application through the Director of the Jordan Traffic Institute to the Head of the Studies and Information Department.
- The head of the Studies and Information Department assigns the concerned branch in the department to cooperate with the service recipient in obtaining the required consultation.
- Take the necessary action on the consultation request and submit it by virtue of an official letter to the recipient of the service.
