Conditions
|
- There is no signature of settlement on the sketch scheme between the parties to the accident.
- When one of the parties to the accident objected, after being informed that he was the one who caused the accident.
That the vehicles involved in the accident are not repaired until the committee inspects the vehicle.

- Vehicle possession license.

- Sketch scheme when objecting in court.

Procedures
|
- Objecting to the sketch scheme after informing that he is the one who caused the accident.
- Formation of a committee by the director of the Traffic Investigation Division, consisting of three officers or more, to conduct a sensory examination of the vehicles involved in the accident.
- Examination of vehicles (provided that they have not been repaired) by the committee formed for this purpose.
- In the event that the sketch scheme is approved by the committee, it shall not be modified, and a copy of the sketch shall be delivered to each party.
- In the event that the sketch scheme is approved by the committee, the scheme shall be amended with the new conviction, and a copy of the scheme shall be delivered to each party.
- In the event that the objection persists after the committee’s decision, then the scheme will be transferred to the court.
