Approvals of Heavy Tracks Parking ( Concrete Pump, Excavator, Winch )

Recipients

  • Companies, institutions and citizens.

Conditions

  • The Recipients must be the owner of the vehicle personally, or a relative on his behalf (father, brother, or so).
  • If the Recipients is on behalf of the owner or his company, he must bring an official authorization letter from them authorizing him to obtain this permit.

Documents

  • A copy of a valid possession license.
  • Determine the name of the street to be parked in / the area / the neighborhood.
  • explanations from the competent officer of the detachment (include specifying the appropriate days and times to stop and according to the nature of the street).

Procedures

  • The service recipient, or his authorized representative, fills out the approved form for this permit if parking the used vehicle does not require a complete closure of the street as follows:

    - Fill out the part of the general information about (concrete pump / excavator / winch) to be parked + information about the street to be parked (street name / area / neighborhood).
    - The traffic planning branch officer checks the previous information, fills in the relevant part, informs the traffic department.
    - The site is inspected by the competent officer in order to ascertain the nature of the street to be parked on, and to determine the appropriate days and times for work.
    - After the inspection on the site, the officer fills out his part on the form (its explanations), which includes specifying the appropriate days and times for parking, and informs the Traffic Planning Branch of the completion of the inspection.

  • If the parking of the vehicle used on one of the streets requires a complete closure of the street, the procedures require the presence of the service recipient to the Traffic Planning Branch / Traffic Department as follows:

    - The contractor must make a sketch indicating the street to be closed and track of the detour with the necessary traffic signs and the nature of the traffic safety means to be used.
    - The plan is presented to the engineers of the Traffic Planning Branch / Studies and Planning Department, for approval after a field inspection of the site.
    - The employee checks the submitted documents and the data included in the form.
    - Fill in the permit by the employee with the required data.
    - Fill out the declaration stating all the conditions, signed and stamped officially.
    - Informing the person concerned of the completion of the transaction and the possibility of receiving it either in person from the central traffic department building or Irbid traffic division or through approved postal companies with payment of an additional fee.

Time expected

  • Two working days, if parking the vehicle does not require a complete closure of the street, and does not impede traffic.
  • (2-5) working days, if parking the vehicle requires a complete closure of the street.
