  • Send messages (text, video, or image) using the Whats App application.

  • Receiving the message (text, video, or image) via the Whats App application by the operations officer in the main operations room and converting its content to responding parties through the management system and receiving emergency communications.

  • Following-up on all actions taken on the report by the various units concerned with the procedure through the system of managing and receiving emergency communications, which shows the measures taken on the reports and the time of arrival to the place of the event by those concerned with the response until it is confirmed that the service reaches its requester, leading to the closure of the communication.


  • Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, Ministry of Interior, private communications company (Zain), Communications and Information Technology Department, all public security units concerned with responding to communications, the National Center for Security and Crisis Management, the Jordan Electricity Company, the Jordan Water Company, Miyahuna, the Greater Amman Municipality, the Ministry Municipalities, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, private ICT companies, military operations, air ambulance, Ministry of Environment, Armed Forces, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
