Procedures

  • Call the unified emergency number 911. Responding to the incoming emergency call on 911 by operator .
  • Documenting the emergency call information by the automatically transferring it to the responding parties accepting the event.
  • Following up on all actions taken on the reports by the various units concerned with the procedure through the system of managing and receiving emergency communications, the system shows the measures taken on the reports and the time of arrival to the place of the event by those concerned with the response until it is ensured that the service reaches its requesters, leading to the closure of the communication.
