Procedures

  • An emergency video call to the number 114 for the deaf.

  • Responding to the incoming video emergency call on the number 114 for the deaf by trained sign language officers.

  • Documenting the information of the emergency video call and automatically transferring it to the responding parties accepting the event. Following-up on all actions taken on the report by the various units concerned with the procedure through the system of managing and receiving emergency communications, which shows the measures taken on the reports and the time of arrival to the place of the event by those concerned with the response until it is confirmed that the service reaches its requester, leading to the closure of the communication.
