The Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department announces the working hours for mobile licensing tours within the innovative initiative (Bnowsallak) during the holy month of Ramadan for the year 2024 in a number of regions of the Kingdom, where the working hours for mobile licensing will be from Sunday until Thursday from 10:00 am. Until 14:00 noon, there is no change to the rest of the stations except for the stations attached in the schedule
