Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department announces the working hours for the mobile licensing rounds within the innovative initiative (Bnwsalak) during the month of October 2022 in a number of regions of the Kingdom, where the working hours for the mobile licensing will be from Sunday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 2:00 noon, and on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
