The Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah visited Mu'tah University/military wing today, and was briefed on the latest academic and training programs and curricula to which the students are subject.

Major General Al- Maaitah was briefed by the Vice President of Mu'tah University for Military Affairs, Brigadier General Thamer Idris, and the Commander of the College of Police Sciences, Brigadier General Dr. Youssef Al-Badaina, in the presence of the Vice President of Mu'tah University, Dr. Mohammad Al-Sarayrah, during which they explained the most prominent developments and updates witnessed by the military wing of Mu'tah University, which aim to raise Degrees of competence and scientific and practical readiness for the ranks and students of the military wing at Mu’tah University.

Major General Al- Maaitah stressed the status of Mu'tah University since its founding and its main role in graduating competent officers armed with military and police knowledge to serve their country and society in various fields of honor and heroism.

On the sidelines of the visit, the Director of Public Security opened a number of training facilities at the College of Police Sciences, which were established to raise the academic and police level of military students, in addition to the opening of the new hospitality building at the university.

Major General Al- Maaitah attended the activities of the Mu'tah Falcons/2 exercise, which reflected the advanced level and high professionalism enjoyed by the participants, students of Police Sciences in dealing with many security situations.

The Director of Public Security also opened a photo exhibition at the College of Police Sciences, which includes a large collection of photos documenting the historical, developmental and modernization stages witnessed by the College of Police Sciences at Mutah University since its founding.

At the end of the visit, the Director of Public Security shared the students of Mutah University / the military wing, in a Ramadan iftar.
