Nashama of the Public Security Kickboxing Team won gold in the 14th Arab Kickboxing Championship, which concluded its competitions in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate of Iraq.

Public Security team achieved  (8) colored medals (2 golds, 4 silvers, 2 bronzes), with the participation of (120) male and female players representing (8) countries, namely (Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Palestine, in addition to Jordan), occupying second level in the overall tournament.

Public Security Kickboxing team also came in second level overall in the tournament, and the team’s technical results were as follows:

Gold medal in the weight category - 86 kg, by Ali Khalaf.

Gold medal in the weight category - under (71) kg, by Muhannad Afaneh.

Silver medal in the weight category - 67 kg, by Uday Abu Haswa.

Silver medal in the weight category - 81 kg, by Ibrahim Zayed.

Silver medal in the weight category - 69 kg, by Youssef Al-Nadi.

Silver medal in the weight category - 91 kg, by Abdul Rahim Al-Maaytah.

Bronze medal in the weight category over (91) kg, won by the player Ahmed Al-Shaloul.

Bronze medal in the weight category - under (75) kg, by Abdul Raouf Al-Maayta.

Public Security Directorate participated in the tournament with a delegation headed by Captain Youssef Bani Hamad, Rami Al-Huwaitat, team coach Raed Al-Dabaj, assistant coach Ahmed Abu Al-Rab, and the players (Uday Abu Haswa, Ali Khalaf, Abdul Rahim Al-Maayta, Muhannad Afaneh, Youssef Al-Nadi, Ahmed Al-Shaloul, Ibrahim Zayed, Abdul Raouf Al-Maayta).
