Public Security Director, Major General AbeidAllah Maaitah, affirmed that the women police in Jordan represented a history that witnesses the capability of Jordanian women, who were able to carry out their duties and contributed with their colleagues to enhancing security and stability.
Major General Al-Maaitah stressed, during his visit today to the Women Police Command that Public Security Directorate supports the vital and important role that the women police play in various fields of administrative and operational work, indicating to the need to invest these efforts and energies through organizational and operational plans that achieve the goals in the best possible way.
Major General Al-Maaitah indicated that the women police in Jordan were pioneers in the field of security work, and provided exemplary work that enabled them to rise to a distinguished position at the local and international levels through their work in peacekeeping forces and international missions through which they proved their capabilities, expressing his appreciation for the efforts made by Al-Nishmiat to serve the country and the citizen, and to maintain the security of society efficiently and professionally.
