The Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department announces the working hours for mobile licensing tours within the innovative initiative (Bnowsallak) during the month of December 2023 in a number of regions of the Kingdom, where the working hours for mobile licensing will be from Sunday until Wednesday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. :00 noon, and on Thursday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.
