PSD spokesman said that the specialized fire crews working in the East Amman Civil Defense Directorate were able to extinguish the fire in an outdoor yard containing used tires with a total area of one thousand square metres, and it contained a vehicle loaded with tires in the Abu Alanda area.

The spokesman stated that the specialized fire crews, who were assigned by the Zarqa Civil Defense and the Gendarmerie, made great and strenuous efforts in dealing with the fire, which enabled them to control it and prevent its spread without causing any casualties, indicating that an investigation is opened to determine the causes of the fire.
