Police sources stated that the operations room at north-Amman police directorate received reports of anonymous person forced his way to the bank located at Makka Street. The person held a bag in his hand pretending that explosives in it. He managed to steal 16 thousands J.D. after checking the hand bag, no explosives were detected. Police passed information including description of vehicle and the suspect.

The special team of CID and north Amman police directorate identified the location of vehicle and the suspect who surrendered to Shafa Badran police station.
