Anti-Narcotics department assured that the seized currencies yesterday in Karak province are pictures that do not up to the level of counterfeiting and cannot deceive anyone, according to the statement of the Directorate of Public Security.
PSD / Public Relations and Mass Media Department stated in a statement that the Anti-Narcotics in Karak province took the investigation yesterday into a case brought to them when arresting a person who was seized with "31 pictures of banknotes", most of which had been printed by one side, part of the seized currencies were found in suspects home and the rest were found at his work place, In addition to computers and printers.
Public Relations and Mass Media Department pointed out that during the investigations conducted with the arrested person he confessed commiting forgery attempts but he could not master them. Examination of these papers by specialists revealed that they were made by ordinary printers and can not be dealt with or circulate. none of these papers were traded in the market while the investigation is still underway with the arrested person to find out all the details of his attempts to counterfeit currency.
