bridges security department is informed about Umrah and pilgrimage dates for 1948 Arab by Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs , the department arranges the work and getting operations order.
When pilgrims and Umrah performers arrive the front bridge , their Israeli passports will be preserved inside bags with travel serial number and the number of passengers.
the passports bags of 1948 Arab are brought from the front bridge by On duty officer at pilgrims city / Nemreen Valley and sent back to the intelligence official of King Hussein bridge for check and registrations procedures, then they will be sent back again to secretariat of the department to be preserved until departure.
The passengers buses of 1948 Arab arrive to pilgrims city/ Nemreen , Israeli buses will be exchanged by buses from Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs , Jordanian passports will be delivered to passengers by the ministry representative.
After finishing check and registration process , on duty officer at pilgrims city allows the departure of 1948 Arab buses. Trip supervisor will be gives document including the completion of procedures to be shown later to guard of the main gate.
On duty officer performs the necessary procedures at the pilgrims city / Nemreen valley to check luggage using a special vehicle to do so.
On departure , the following procedures should be followed:
When the 1948 Arab bus arrives the main gate , the official gives the driver an order serial number , then the bus moves to the city of pilgrims at Nemreen Valley.
On duty official sends Israeli passports, departure approval for security check to intelligence section of King Hussein bridge
Trip supervisor delivers Jordanian passports (one time trip) to the representative of Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and back their Israeli passport.
On duty officer at pilgrims city supervises the inspection of luggage using X-ray van.
