Today, the Director of Public Security, Major General AbeidAllah Maaitah, patronized  the graduation ceremony of the nineteenth patch specializing in immediate ambulance diploma, and the eighth patch specializing in fire and rescue techniques, at the Prince Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection.

Major General Maaitah congratulated the graduates on joining their colleagues in the field, and stressing that Public Security Directorate continues to qualify them and support training colleges and institutes in developing their plans to keep pace with needs, and contribute to achieving our strategic goals in strengthening the civil protection system, whose efficiency we are proud of.

Major General Al-Maaitah appreciated the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff in graduating civil defense employees who are capable of giving professionally during the ceremony, which was attended by the Vice President of Al-Balqa Applied University for Academic Affairs, Professor Zakaria Al-Qudah, and the Vice President of the Higher Education Institutions Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority, Professor Zaid Al-Anbar and the Director of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Hatem Yaqoub.

In his speech, the Dean of the College of Civil Defense thanked the support provided by the Public Security Directorate to upgrade the academic role of the college by qualifying ambulance, fire and rescue cadres in the Civil Defense, and to enable them to carry out the duties entrusted to them, which are directly related to human life and safety.

The graduates also swore to be loyal to the homeland, the king and the constitution, to preserve laws and regulations, to carry out the duties entrusted to them with honesty and sincerity, and to implement legitimate orders.

 the ceremony was attended by military and civilian officials, a large number of Public Security officials and the families of the graduates.
