Major General Al-Maaitah: Serving the citizens, enhancing the  security, tranquility and community partnership during the holy month.

Public Security Director, Major General AbeidAllah Maaitah, passed orders for the implementation of a comprehensive security, humanitarian and traffic plan during the holy month.

Major General AbeidAllah Maaitah directed  to continue providing the usual efforts to serve citizens and residents, and to enhance the security, tranquility and community partnership with citizens during the holy month of Ramadan.

Major General Al-Maaitah stressed the great responsibility that Public Security assumes in the aspects of the daily life of the citizen, indicating to that PSD personnel perform their duties honestly and sincerely in various circumstances, in addition to the great humanitarian and societal roles that have become part of their work.

The traffic departments will implement the traffic plan aimed at maintaining the flow of traffic and limiting violations that affect traffic, especially on roads, in commercial markets and public places.

The police units in the regional commands have also raised their readiness to provide a safe environment by intensifying patrols in military and civilian clothing inside cities, residential neighborhoods, commercial markets and public places, which are expected to witness an active movement of citizens.

The Directorate of Civil Defense in the governorates will also implement procedures commensurate with the holy month to maintain the flow of humanitarian services to citizens, in all circumstances and times.

Operations and Control Directorate will continue to provide its services around the clock to respond to citizens' communications and respond to their inquiries, on the unified emergency number (911) and coordinate with all sub-operations rooms in the commands and directorates within the formations of the Public Security Directorate and in all governorates.
