  • A letter issued by the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection for the purposes of approving the entry of materials and public safety equipment to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • a letter issued by the owner included explaining the examinations required to be carried out based on his choice.

  • Certificate of the country of origin in the event of a request to examine the dry powder material.

procedures 

  • Submit an official letter (according to the documents required to obtain the service) and fill out a laboratory examination request form at the reception.

  • The application is approved by the director of the department and then transferred to the competent division.

  • The fees prescribed for the examinations shall be paid at the accounting office and according to the arrest warrant organized in the public service office.

  • Samples are coded and sorted according to the type and required examination and transferred to the relevant departments.

  • Conducting laboratory tests according to the approved examination specifications by trained and authorized examiners, and issuing the results according to the time specified.

  • The results and reports are checked by the technical director and head of the division, and then approved by the director of the Department.

  • The final report of the laboratory examination shall be submitted, attached to an official letter, to the requesting party.
